Long before Zayan Planners & Construction had an office, its founder was on construction sites across Chennai and the surrounding districts, watching families lose months to rejected plans and misplaced land documents.
That experience shaped how we work today: every plan we draw is checked against CMDA and DTCP norms before it's filed, every document request is tracked until it's closed, and every client gets the same engineer accountable to them from the first visit to the final handover.
What began as one engineer helping neighbours has grown into a full planning and construction practice, still built on the same habit of finishing what we start.
